Valiant’s operations & maintenance division provided facility operations, maintenance, logistics, and chemical management services to U.S. government agencies across hospitals, research laboratories, and other critical infrastructure in the U.S. and overseas. Following the transaction, the business operates independently as Vulcan Government Services.
Valiant engaged Candlewood Partners as financial advisor in connection with the divestiture of its operations and maintenance division to Inspirit Equity, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm backed by permanent capital. The engagement was a complex corporate carve-out, requiring the separation of a mission-critical government services business into a standalone enterprise without disruption to contract performance or customer service. Candlewood worked alongside Valiant's management and its advisors throughout the process.
Candlewood Partners served as financial advisor to Valiant Integrated Services in connection with the sale of its operations and maintenance division to Inspirit Equity. The transaction was closed on August 27, 2026; financial terms were not disclosed. The divested business now operates as Vulcan Government Services, an independent provider of facility operations, maintenance, and logistics services to U.S. government agencies, positioned to expand its business development capacity and construction capabilities and to pursue growth across existing and adjacent end markets.
