We’re proud to share that Ali Gole has joined the team at Candlewood Partners as Senior Associate!
Ali is based in Candlewood Partners’ Cleveland, Ohio office and is involved in all aspects of transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, financial modeling, investor outreach, and client advisory services.
Prior to joining Candlewood, Ali worked in Investment Banking at Bank of America, advising clients across the Natural Resources, Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), and Industrials sectors. Her background also includes experience at Peppertree Capital and on Capitol Hill. She has advised on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, divestitures, and strategic transactions of all sizes, from individual infrastructure asset acquisitions to multi-billion-dollar transactions involving global corporations.
Following a life-saving heart transplant, Ali learned firsthand the importance of resilience, discipline, adaptability, and perseverance. That experience continues to shape her approach to advisory work, strengthening her ability to navigate uncertainty, remain composed under pressure, and help clients make confident decisions during pivotal moments.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys exploring new corners of the world, chasing a little white ball around golf courses, and long walks with her dog, Goose.
