Candlewood Partners, a boutique investment banking and advisory firm serving middle market companies since 2001, today announced the acquisition of Right Street Advisors, a boutique firm focused on M&A advisory for businesses in the Manufacturing and Industrials sectors. This adds to an existing platform that spans debt advisory and capital raising solutions, restructuring, lender services, and M&A execution. The addition brings Candlewood’s deal team to 17 professionals across its South Florida, Cleveland, and Chicago offices.
The Right Street team brings deep sell-side and buy-side M&A experience across a range of manufacturing sub-sectors, including aerospace and defense, medical and life sciences, chemicals and coatings, equipment, electronics, plastics, paper and packaging, consumer products, food and beverage, building materials, and niche manufacturing segments. Ron Krudo joins Candlewood as Managing Director to lead this division, alongside Tyler Krudo, as Senior Associate.
