Candlewood Partners advised Saothair Capital Partners on the recapitalization of Air Products & Controls Inc. ("APC" or the "Company"), with financing from Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ: CSWC).
Proceeds from the transaction refinanced APC’s existing capital structure and returned capital to Saothair, while giving the Company added flexibility to fund its growth. The recapitalization closed in June 2026, supporting APC’s next chapter.
