The Company continues to serve the existing free-standing machine market as well as the newer independent micro market segment for owners and operators across the country.
Vendors Exchange International was seeking to recapitalize the business while simultaneously transitioning from a historically family-led company to an independently led commercial business.

Candlewood arranged both a revolving line of credit and a RE supported term loan with the proceeds being used to refinance the company’s existing revolving senior lender and to provide the company with sufficient working capital to support anticipated growth.
