As a member of Candlewood since 2018, Matt’s primary focus at Candlewood has been analyzing transactions and business opportunities by modeling various operational and capital structure scenarios to forecast and assess their impact on financial performance, valuation, and financing.
Phil, who joined Candlewood Partners in 2020, has been building successful client relationships while managing complex transactions and working with high-level individuals. He’s been involved in all transaction stages, from initial due diligence to financial modeling, marketing material development, investor outreach, and closing.
