Matt’s primary focus at Candlewood is analyzing transactions and business opportunities by modeling various operational and capital structure scenarios, to forecast and assess their impact on financial performance, valuation, and financing. His other responsibilities include supporting the transaction due diligence process and the creation of marketing materials.
Prior to joining Candlewood Partners in 2018, Matt spent one year in the Corporate and Institutional Banking Development Program at PNC Financial Services. While there, he was a member of the Middle-Market and Commercial Credit Products Group team in Cleveland, Ohio.
When he is not in the office, Matt enjoys golfing, traveling, fly-fishing and rooting for his favorite Detroit sports teams and the Michigan Wolverines.
