Bam Anifowoshe

Bam joined Candlewood in 2026 as an Analyst.  Based in the South Florida office, his primary focus is analyzing business opportunities and transactions by modeling various capital structure and operational scenarios, to forecast and assess their impact on financial performance, financing, and valuation. He is involved in all transaction stages including due diligence, financial modeling, marketing material development, investor outreach, and closing.

Prior to joining Candlewood Partners, Bam worked in corporate finance at Metrea, an aerospace and defense company, where he gained broad experience across FP&A, corporate development, and transaction support. He worked closely with senior leadership and external advisors on a range of strategic and financial initiatives.

Bam is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelors in Economics. Outside of the office, he enjoys staying active, playing guitar, spending time outdoors with his dog, and supporting the Baltimore Ravens.
