Ron Krudo

Following Candlewood’s acquisition of Right Street Advisors in 2026, Ron joined the team in the South Florida office.  Ron leads the Right Street division and handles sell-side M&A activity for the firm.

Ron founded Right Street Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm focused on mergers & acquisitions and capital sourcing for lower middle market manufacturing, industrial, and business services companies. He works closely with founders and privately held business owners on sell-side and buy-side transactions from $10M – $200M in value.

Ron holds a Master’s degree in Management and Public Administration from Florida State University and has over a decade of experience in management, consulting, and transaction advisory. Early in his career, he managed large teams for an international nonprofit organization and led fundraising initiatives that generated over $20 million. He later founded and led a nationwide consulting firm advising middle-market companies on financial analysis and post-merger integration, before establishing Right Street Advisors. Today, Ron is known for his hands-on approach, strategic insight, and commitment to helping business owners achieve both financial success and a lasting legacy.

When he is not working Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, fishing and playing golf.
