Nick McCarthy

Nick’s primary focus at Candlewood is analyzing transactions and business opportunities by modeling various operational and capital structure scenarios, to forecast and assess their impact on financial performance, valuation, and financing. He is involved in all transaction stages, from initial due diligence to financial modeling, marketing material development, investor outreach, and closing.

Prior to joining Candlewood Partners in 2022, Nick spent nearly two years in the PNC Development Program. While at PNC, he was a member of the PNC Small Business Group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Nick is a Florida native and a huge sports fan. When he is not in the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, working out, and supporting his Baltimore Ravens and Florida Gators football teams.
