Brian K. Lampl

Brian specializes in intellectual property licensing (IP) and commercialization. He works with both startup and established companies, globally, in a variety of diverse industries, assisting them with developing and implementing IP monetization and commercialization strategies, raising capital, technology spin-offs, securing strategic alliances and joint ventures.

Over the years, Brian has been a principal and investor in several companies where he had the opportunity to be involved with IP transactions as both the licensee and licensor. Prior to joining Candlewood, Brian held executive positions with companies in the following industries: business consulting, wholesale, software development, media & entertainment, and retail.

Brian is a FINRA Registered Representative (Series 7, 63, and 79), a member of the Licensing Executives Society and serves on the LaPenta School of Business, Management Department Advisory Board at Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.

Brian is active in his community (Keego Harbor, MI), where he serves as a Member of the City Council and is currently Mayor Pro Tem. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Lori, playing golf and tennis, and experiencing anything music related.
