Jackson McClain

Jackson’s responsibilities include financial and operational evaluation of special situations, restructuring and venture investment scenarios, leading the development of analytical tools for accessing complex capital market transactions across all industries, and being involved in all transaction stages from initial due diligence to closing.

Prior to joining Candlewood Partners, Jackson spent three years as an analyst at Integris Partners, a middle-market investment bank providing sell-side M&A advisory services in the Consumer, Agriculture, Industrial, and Business Services industries. While there, Jackson was responsible for market, industry and company research, transaction analysis and execution, and developing marketing materials. He is a graduate of Yale University and holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Denver.

When not in the office, Jackson enjoys staying active through golfing, skiing, or working out, and diligently managing his fantasy football teams.
