Zack Fattore

Zack joined Candlewood Partners in 2024.  As an Associate, his responsibilities include operational and financial evaluation of special situations, restructuring and venture investment scenarios.  He leads the development of analytical tools for assessing complex capital market transactions and is involved in all transaction stages from initial due diligence to closing.

Before joining Candlewood Partners, Zack launched his career as a business valuation analyst at Stout. He brings experience in appraising businesses and intangible assets for financial reporting and tax purposes, having collaborated with diverse clients ranging from smaller enterprises to multi-billion-dollar corporations across various industries.

Zack works out of Chicago, where he graduated from the University of Chicago and embarked on his professional journey.  During his college years, Zack pursued a degree in economics and actively engaged in Greek Life, alongside his participation in wrestling.

Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending quality time with his partner, Bianca.  He finds enjoyment in staying active through exercise, fishing, as well as other activities.
