Nick joined Candlewood Partners in 2022 and is based in the South Florida office. Nick’s role at Candlewood includes financial and operational evaluation of special situations, restructuring and venture investment scenarios, and leading development of analytical tools for accessing complex capital market transactions across all industries. He is involved in all transaction stages from initial due diligence to closing.
Prior to joining Candlewood Partners in 2022, Nick spent nearly two years in the PNC Development Program. While at PNC, he was a member of the PNC Small Business Group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Nick is a Florida native and a huge sports fan. When he is not in the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, working out, and supporting his Baltimore Ravens and Florida Gators football teams.
