Tyler Krudo

Tyler is based in Candlewood Partners’ South Florida office and is involved in all aspects of transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, financial modeling, investor outreach, and client advisory services.

Prior to joining Candlewood, Tyler worked at Right Street Advisors, where he focused primarily on sell-side M&A engagements involving manufacturing businesses. In that role, he was involved throughout the transaction process, from initial financial analysis, modeling and preparation of marketing materials through buyer outreach, due diligence, negotiations and closing. Tyler began his career at Equiturn Holdings, initially helping newly acquired businesses integrate their accounting teams, processes and systems following M&A transactions. He later joined the firm’s investment banking team, where he advised on buy-side and sell-side transactions and capital raises, with a particular focus on financial due diligence for acquisitions.

Tyler began his studies at Florida State University, where he pursued finance and computer science, before transferring to Florida Atlantic University to pursue a degree in accounting.

When he is not in the office, Tyler enjoys playing guitar, traveling, and bouldering.
