Zack Fattore

Zack’s primary focus at Candlewood is analyzing business opportunities and transactions by modeling various operational and capital structure scenarios, to forecast and assess their impact on financial performance, financing, and valuation. His other responsibilities include supporting the creation of marketing materials and the transaction due diligence process.

Before joining Candlewood Partners, Zack launched his career as a business valuation analyst at Stout. He brings experience in appraising businesses and intangible assets for financial reporting and tax purposes, having collaborated with diverse clients ranging from smaller enterprises to multi-billion-dollar corporations across various industries.

Zack operates out of the Cleveland office, having recently relocated from Chicago, where he graduated from the University of Chicago and embarked on his professional journey. During his college years, Zack pursued a degree in economics and actively engaged in Greek Life, alongside his participation in wrestling.

Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending quality time with his partner, Bianca. He finds enjoyment in staying active through exercise, fishing, as well as other activities.
