Rishi Agarwal

Rishi joined Candlewood Partners in 2016 and is located in the Cleveland, Ohio office. His responsibilities include leading the development of bespoke analytical tools for assessing complex capital market transactions across all industries; financial and operational evaluation of special situations, restructuring and venture investment scenarios; and management of critical transaction execution processes in coordination with clients, corporate teams and legal advisors.

Prior to joining Candlewood, Rishi worked as a high-yield credit research analyst with a focus on the healthcare sector at a diversified multi-strategy hedge fund in New York. He also worked as an investment banker specializing in M&A and restructuring at Moelis & Company.
